You'll coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and creative teams to ensure seamless operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and manage the end-to-end operations of exhibitions and events, ensuring they meet Kingsmen's high standards of quality and creativity.
• Coordinate with international clients and local vendors to secure and manage resources, including venues, equipment, and personnel.
• Develop and implement detailed operational plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering, to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that all operational aspects support the overall vision and objectives of the event.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event operations, with a proven track record in managing exhibitions and events.
• Strong understanding of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for budgeting and scheduling.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with international clients.
• Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bali is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a valuable asset.
