In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units. You will also be involved in regular maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems meet industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to address any issues or concerns.
• Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven experience with HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or similar.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and building automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
