In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the facility, including planning, scheduling, and execution.,Inspect and maintain all equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.,Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Conduct regular maintenance audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems.,Strong technical knowledge and skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
