📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing of medications.,Ensure the safety and quality of medications by adhering to strict pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to the team, including interpreting medication labels, dosages, and interactions.,Monitor and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards.,Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and technologies.,Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in pharmacy operations.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and technologies.,Certification in advanced pharmacy practice or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
