📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement loyalty programs using SAP Loyalty Management and CRM systems.
• Analyze guest data to identify trends and preferences, ensuring personalized rewards and offers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align loyalty initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor program performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Educate and train staff on the loyalty program to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loyalty program management.
• Manage and optimize the budget for the loyalty program.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience with SAP Loyalty Management and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in loyalty program management or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality industry and culture.
