📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, and process payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and email management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
