📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
