📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and supervising the department's operations.,Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the department staff.,Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards and regulations.,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of department staff.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business, or related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
