📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all crew members.,Plan and coordinate daily operations and activities.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on board.,Handle crew scheduling and ensure timely arrival and departure.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to crew members.,Participate in emergency drills and safety briefings.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role in the maritime industry.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent.,Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.,Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or maritime industry is a plus.
