📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve targets and objectives.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor project progress and report to senior management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Experience in project management and operations.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
