📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient facility maintenance.
• Use Jira and ServiceNow to track and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all facilities meet high standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to facility users.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities and operations management.
• Proven experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
