📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage the accounting and financial systems, including payroll and general ledger.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
