📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are in safe and efficient working condition by monitoring and maintaining vehicle performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of drivers and support staff.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, including fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
