Life Byte Dinamis is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers when necessary.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
