📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Provide general HR support and advice to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Fluent in Indonesian and English
