📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food preparation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with menu development and cost control.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
