In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the processing of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and invoices.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial support to the management team in making informed business decisions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
