📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, sample collection, and test processing.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.,Mentoring and training junior technicians to maintain high standards of laboratory performance.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.,Conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Managing laboratory supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.,Participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest laboratory technologies and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in clinical laboratory testing.,Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in training and developing junior staff.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instruments, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.
