Local Nest Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and processes.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recording.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
