📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host and manage live-streaming events on Instagram and other social media platforms, creating engaging content that drives sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless product promotions during live sessions.
• Use tools like Facebook Live Producer and Instagram Shopping to enhance the live-streaming experience.
• Engage with audiences in real-time, answering questions and providing a personalized shopping experience.
• Monitor and analyze live-streaming performance metrics to optimize future events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement live-streaming strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce and social media to continuously improve our live-streaming approach.
• Ensure all live-streaming events comply with platform guidelines and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in live-streaming, social media management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in driving sales through digital marketing efforts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools like Shopify, Instagram Shopping, and Facebook Live Producer.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
