📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on dies and molds.
• Monitor die performance and identify issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure dies meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Die Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Knowledge of die and mold maintenance techniques and best practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and metalworking processes is a plus.
• Valid safety certifications such as OSH or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
