In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to understand merchant needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also conduct site visits to merchants, ensuring a seamless integration of our EDC devices and providing ongoing support to maximize their business efficiency. With a focus on building strong relationships, you will be the key driver in increasing merchant satisfaction and loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and acquire new merchants in the Wonosobo region.
• Conduct site visits to assess merchant needs and provide tailored EDC solutions.
• Onboard merchants by ensuring seamless integration of EDC devices.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to maximize business efficiency.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand merchant needs and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in regional sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record in acquiring and retaining merchants in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of EDC solutions and their benefits to merchants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
