VERTEX Mandiri is a dynamic and growing retail company based in Cilincing, Jakarta Raya. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our stores. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and the satisfaction of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
