📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation techniques, and customer service standards.,Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food preparation techniques.,Familiarity with local food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
