📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Perform audits and reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
