📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute corporate actions for clients, including stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of corporate actions.,Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate actions.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Represent Hexaware Technologies at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate actions or a related role in the finance industry.,Strong knowledge of US securities laws and regulations.,Proven track record of success in managing and executing corporate actions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with corporate action systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
