🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practice or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and patient care management.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.
