📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage drug discovery projects from initiation to completion.,Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of potential drug candidates.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, biologists, and clinicians to drive project success.,Analyze and interpret data to identify potential drug targets and optimize drug candidates.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in drug discovery technologies and methodologies.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences.,Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the professional development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in drug discovery research.,Proven track record of successful drug discovery projects.,Strong knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology.,Proficiency in experimental techniques including cell culture, molecular biology, and in vitro/in vivo assays.,Experience with data analysis tools and software such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, and R.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
