📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Oversee the payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficient in financial software and tools, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Proven track record of leading and managing financial teams.
