In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical coaching and leadership training to our clients, helping them to improve their software development practices and enhance their team's leadership skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical coaching and mentorship to clients to improve their software development practices,Develop and deliver leadership training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our clients' teams,Conduct workshops and seminars on software development best practices and leadership principles,Assess and evaluate the performance of our clients' teams to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the CLEVR Consultancy team to develop and implement new coaching and training programs,Maintain and update technical and leadership training materials and resources,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and success,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the software development and leadership training industries

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and coaching,Strong knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies,Experience in developing and delivering leadership training programs,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certifications in coaching or leadership training are a plus
