📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand for end-users,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams for documentation,Provide technical support and training to end-users,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus,Understanding of product development and technical concepts,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
