🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Minimum 2 years of experience in volunteer management or related field,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with volunteer management software and tools,Proven track record of successful volunteer program management,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with volunteers, donors, and stakeholders
