📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
• Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth beverage service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Participate in inventory management and cost control measures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or beverage service role
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
• Proficiency in using bar equipment and tools such as shakers, blenders, and juicers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Passion for creating and serving high-quality beverages
