• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for pharmacy professionals, focusing on nutrition science and best practices.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of our pharmacy team.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules, using tools like Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with nutrition experts to ensure that our training programs are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Assess the training needs of our pharmacy team and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition science and training methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our pharmacy team to ensure their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nutrition science, training, or a related field.
• Certification in nutrition science or a related field, such as the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Strong knowledge of nutrition science principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using training software and tools, such as Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
