As a Front Office & Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. You'll handle check-ins, manage reservations, and process payments using our in-house POS system, while also providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Process payments and manage transactions using our in-house POS system.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and key distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Monitor and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or cashier role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other front office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
