📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial advisors to drive bancassurance initiatives.
• Design and implement bancassurance programs that align with the needs and goals of our banking partners.

• Provide training and support to bankers and financial advisors on MSIG Life's financial products and services.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly life insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with bancassurance systems and processes.
