Based in the vibrant city of Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns. Utilizing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite, you'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve campaign goals.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of IDR 1500000 - 2000000 per month, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the thriving hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to promote RedDoorz properties across Indonesia.
• Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships, including performance tracking and commission calculations.
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and bookings.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with peers and learn from experts in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through affiliate programs.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
